For payment help or a refund request, email support@getexamlift.com within 7 calendar days of purchase and include the purchase email, order ID if available, approximate purchase time, and reason for the request. You may include a screenshot of the problem; do not send full card numbers, passwords, or identity documents. We respond within 3 business days; approved refunds are processed by Creem to the original payment method. Processing time may vary. A refunded Purchase no longer unlocks paid features.
Refunds may be approved for a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, or an unresolved technical failure that prevents access to the complete Practice Exam or use of its paid features, including review and PDF/CSV exports, even after the complete Practice Exam has been unlocked. A change of mind after the complete Practice Exam has been unlocked is not normally refundable. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Refund requests are reviewed individually; submitting a request does not automatically approve a refund.
Private access and retentionProtect access links and understand the 30-day study-data limit.
Keep Anonymous access and Recovery link private; they are bearer-style access for one Practice Exam.
The original PDF is handled temporarily during extraction; Extracted pages, the Practice Exam, Source evidence, and the Exam attempt are retained for at most 30 days and can be deleted immediately. Deletion or expiration ends access and invalidates related exports.
