Requesting help
Email support@getexamlift.com within 7 calendar days of purchase and include the purchase email, order ID if available, approximate purchase time, and reason for the request. You may include a screenshot of the problem; do not send full card numbers, passwords, or identity documents.
When a refund may apply
Refunds may be approved for a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, or an unresolved technical failure that prevents access to the complete Practice Exam or use of its paid features, including review and PDF/CSV exports, even after the complete Practice Exam has been unlocked. A change of mind after the complete Practice Exam has been unlocked is not normally refundable.
Review and response
Refund requests are reviewed individually; submitting a request does not automatically approve a refund. We respond within 3 business days.
After approval
Approved refunds are processed by Creem to the original payment method; bank or card processing time may vary. A refunded Purchase no longer unlocks paid features.
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights under applicable law.
